The TEC NOVA Intelligent Spray Booth System represents the next generation of industrial painting technology — combining AI-driven control, energy efficiency, and European engineering quality.
Built with precision and powered by NVIDIA AI-Edge Computing, each booth automatically adapts to the painting phase, airflow, and temperature to ensure consistent results and maximum efficiency.

Designed for professionals across the automotive, industrial, and manufacturing sectors, TEC NOVA booths are available in three scalable versions — 7×4, 5×8, and Custom Solutions.
The 7×4 model is compact yet powerful, ideal for automotive refinishing and standard industrial parts.
The 5×8 version offers extended dimensions and airflow capacity, suitable for larger vehicles, trucks, and machinery.
The Prismatec Custom Solutions line provides a fully tailor-made configuration — including robotic integration, multi-zone temperature control, conveyor systems, and ERP/MES connectivity — meeting the needs of advanced production environments.

Each booth features a robust structure made of PIR panels and 1.5 mm galvanized steel, with aluminum doors and high-efficiency lighting (24 × 36 W side fixtures + 24 × 45 W corner lamps).
The dual NICOTRA-GEBHARDT ventilation units deliver between 25 000 and 35 000 m³/h airflow at 800 Pa, powered by motors ranging from 7.5 kW to 11 kW.
Heating systems can be configured for gas, oil, or electric operation, reaching 60 °C in less than five minutes.

Certified to EN 1090-1 and EN ISO 3834-3 by TÜV Thüringen Polska, every TEC NOVA booth guarantees superior build quality, safety, and compliance with European standards — delivering a perfect balance of smart technology, durability, and performance.
